Gerold has extensive experience in designing and facilitating workshops in the field of Self-Development. He has been active in the ManKind Project since 2008, an organisation that works in the realm of Emotional Awareness, clear Communication and Accountability and operates on the basis of flat leadership.
His approach is to work out a solution with the people involved, rather than pretending to have all the answers.
